ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF
Staff Handbook & Policies and Procedures: 

The Staff Handbook and Policies and Procedures contain important information about Rite of Passage Journeys that is needed to guide trips.

We acknowledge that Journeys Staff Handbook and Policy and Procedures are a ‘work-in-progress,’ meaning that it is subject to changes at any time. I acknowledge that revisions to the handbook may occur that may supersede, modify or eliminate existing policies. 

Furthermore, I understand that these documents are neither a contract of employment nor a legally-binding agreement. I have had an opportunity to read the Policies and Procedures & Staff Handbook, and I understand that I may ask my supervisor any questions that I might have concerning the handbook and policies and procedures. 

I accept the terms of these documents. I also understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the policies contained in this handbook, and any revisions made to it as I am notified. 

I understand that I am expected to read the Policies and Procedures, sign this as an affirmation of that, before the commencement of my employment or contract.

By entering my name below, I testify that I have read this entire document and agree to be bound by it's terms. By applying my electronic signature to this agreement, whether on my own behalf and/or on the behalf of any minors, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent of my handwritten signature on paper. I will not, at any future time, claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding or enforceable. By electronically signing and submitting this agreement, I 1) acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of the agreement; 2) voluntarily agree to be bound by this agreement; and 3) certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
