ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF


The documents listed above contain important information about Rite of Passage Journeys that is needed to guide trips.

These documents are subject to changes. I acknowledge that revisions to the handbook may occur that may supersede, modify or eliminate existing policies. 

Furthermore, I understand that these documents are neither a contract of employment nor a legally-binding agreement. I have had an opportunity to read the Policies and Procedures, Staff Handbook, and Emergency & Risk Management Plan and I understand that I may ask my supervisor any questions that I might have concerning the content of these documents.

I accept the terms of these documents. I also understand that it is my responsibility to comply with the policies contained in this handbook, and any revisions made to it as I am notified. 

I understand that I am expected to sign this as an affirmation having read the Staff Handbook, Policies and Procedures & Emergency & Risk Management Plan before the commencement of my employment or contract.
